pics.stimmie.dev is the least curated thing I have ever shipped on purpose. It takes years of photos straight from my camera roll (street corners, breakfasts, ruins, friends) and throws them onto one full-screen grid, shuffled on every visit.

There is no framework and no build step: a Python script converts the originals (including HEIF) into optimized WebP renditions and a tiny manifest, and a single static HTML page renders the wall with a keyboard-and-swipe lightbox. A CSS filter gives every frame the same faded vintage tint so the chaos still feels like one archive.
